Every transaction

Three percent of every pot is spent buying RRL on the open market, and every token bought is destroyed immediately. One race, one purchase, one burn — network fees come out of the same three percent, never from anyone's balance. Nothing here is a claim you have to take on trust: both signatures link to the chain, and the totals are just the sum of those columns.
