Three percent of every pot is destroyed the moment a race settles. Burns are batched before they are sent — one transaction per race would cost more in network fees than it destroys — so a single entry below covers several races. Nothing here is a claim you have to take on trust: every signature links to the chain, and the totals are just the sum of that column.
